Travel costs are allowed for within the Toowoomba City boundaries, outside 80c per km is charged for travel.

Your site is surveyed to 1m accuracy and I photograph for my reference. Plans are drawn at a scale of 1:100 or larger areas 1: 200 for easy and accurate implementation.

Boundaries, home, sheds, drives, paths, pergolas, gazebos, pools, ponds & waterfalls etc. are drafted at this stage taking care to position these elements in their best relative positions.

Gardens & lawn areas are carefully drawn with particular consideration given to the flow through the garden, lay of the land re water run off and ease of mowing etc.

Careful consideration is given to the size & shape of each species, flower/foliage colour contrast, summer and winter sun, soil type, aspect, moisture requirements and relative positioning.

All species are shown on your plan in grown size, foliage is colour coded for autumn and heights are numerically prefixed ( eg a 1m high shrub is prefixed 1xx ) on your Plan and Plant Schedule.

Your plan is coloured to enhance plants,garden and water areas etc.

You receive the Original Printed Plan, digital PDF copy and Plant Schedule. I keep all CAD copies in my office for future reference.

Plans cost $1 per square metre of your land area i.e. allotment size, with a minimum of 400 square metres, therefore costing $400.
